Lovely staff.

I took myself and my 11-year-old daughter to this clinic. We had the skin analysis and skin consultations. On arrival, the staff was lovely, spoke English very well, and the consultation was not pushy and addressed all of our skin concerns. I stated the goal for my daughter was to get rid of all of the gunk from her nose and extract all the blackheads from her cheeks. For me, I will wanted to address my loose skin and enlarged pores.
Was recommended an aqua peel for extraction for my daughter for a total of 285,000krw. For myself, it was 5,500,000KRW. Well over my budget, she offered many alternatives, however, settled for Potenza micro needling with “ extraction before injecting to clear out the skin” (aqua peel) 540,000krw.
Was taken to the treatment area and English was so poor I could not understand what they were telling me they were doing.
All facial products were freezing cold, which made it uncomfortable. After the treatments, I was taken back to reception to meet with my daughter, and I was shocked that her face looked exactly the same, her nose full of sebaceous filaments, and all the blackheads still remained on her cheeks.
The consultant came over and asked if we felt “ clean”. I asked her if the aqua peel was meant to be the extraction and she said yes. I didn’t want my daughter to feel uncomfortable about her skin so I didn’t say anything further. I was given a bag with care information, some samples, and a complementary face mask each. I was asked to leave a review for one more face mask. I wrote lovely staff, gave five stars and left with an extra mask
825,000krw. Waste of money. Other clinics are offering packages with more included for far less. I came home and completed a facial on both of us with products I bought at OLIVE YOUNG and our skin is glowing.
